Job Description
- Should be flexible for rotational night shifts ( No Day shift)
- 9 Hours rotational night shifts working ,including 1 hour break ( 5 P.m to 9 a.m In-between 9 Hours)
- 5 days working and 2 days rotational week off- Split ( No Saturday , Sunday fixed week off )
- Transport: Free Door step pick up and drop Cab facility is provided within 15km to 20km of boundary limit.
- Providing Technical support includes troubleshooting and networking
- To provide voice support to the customers
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
- Malware detection and OS issues
- Rotational week off ( 2 days off)
- 9 Hours rotational night shifts working including 1 hour break
